I LOVE it. I did something very similar years ago when some nasty woman demanded a chilled salad plate. I chilled it in a bin of dirty ice water in the back, then gave it a good sloshing around 8n a toilet. Dried it with a dirty rag. I went out and cheerfully handed it to her with a nice linen napkin all fancy-like. I would do it again today!
