I do believe that a judge will say while she is w u as long as she is in no danger ur ex cannot dictate what u do w ur daughter and if she refuses ur court ordered visits u can take her to court for the judge to handle the prob
NTA but in truth if u want to help ur sis get an account for her and put money in it for when she hits 18 so she can get away. Also get info on her lights,rent,water,trash, all the bills and keep them on the positive. Mabey even send food to them by buying it urself. Anything beyond that she can take caresis. Also have ur sis pick out cloths and shoes online when she needs them. Then when your sis is out, decide if u want to continue. That'll be the only ways u can help ur sus.

Um the church helps EVERYONE not just Christians. No NTA bc your job has nothing to do w your affiliation.
