Quitting A Toxic Job Environment

All of this. I worked for a place for over a decade only to be told I didn't know how to do my job and I was the reason the store was losing money. I got told I didn't know what I was talking about when I tried to explain the situation so I dropped my keys and walked out. I loved the customers, but now that I'm out I see how toxic that place was.
