Here's the thing, if she's moving in with her fiance, why would she take his roommate's room? They'd share a room, would they not? So, tell her that she can move in with her fiance and his roommate and she either finds a female that you are comfortable with or she can continue to pay her half of everything while not living there until the lease is up.
I think you're still trying to view this as your house and it's not. It is Mark and Dana's house. I'm so confused on how you and Mark built a house 6 years ago when he's been with Dana 10 years. You honestly just sound delusional.

I agree with others, certainly post a review detailing your experience. Maybe even look into a lawsuit. You could maybe end up owning a restaurant, lol.
You are better than me because, considering that the waitress went and tattled about something that was inconsequential, trying to cause you to have to pay more, I wouldn't have even tipped her. And I say that as someone who always tips well above 20% and has worked for tips myself. You don't look for ways to screw over your customers. A date doesn't have to be romantic, nothing you did was dishonest.
